Sales Tax Information
Sales tax rate is 8.00% for Aromatherapy and HABA items for Illinois residents, and 1.75% for food and supplement items for Illinois residents.

Shipping Rates
Domestic
Shipping costs are based on the weight of your order and the shipping location. Packages will be shipped via USPS or UPS (we select whichever carrier will get to you the quickest). Please note, orders over $75 ship free via UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail! Also, in the interest of saving trees, we will occasionally reuse undamaged cardboard boxes.
2-day air (Shipping Day +2) and Next-day air (Shipping Day +1):
Sent via USPS or UPS and the rate is automatically calculated based on weight of the order and shipping location. Second Day orders (Shipping Day +2) will pay an added $15 and Overnight orders (Shipping Day + 1) will pay an added $38. Saturday, Sunday, and Holidays are not business days for shipping or delivery.
*Please note, orders may take up to two business days to process, therefore the shipping methods are determined from when the products leave our warehouse.
International, Alaska, and Hawaii
We will ship anywhere internationally at the U.S. Post Office Priority Mail rates.
*All transactions are made in U.S. dollars.

Returns & Exchanges
If you are not satisfied with the product in any way, please return the unused product to us for a full refund. All refunds will be credited to the credit card with which you made the purchase.
We will not give refunds for returned product that is not defective, when the container has been opened. Non-defective products returned will not have the shipping refunded unless it was a mistake by HealthFitLabs.
