4 capsules twice daily with meals. Take capsules with at least 8 ounces (one cup) of water or other liquid.

Vitamin C, Vitamin E, Niacin, Calcium, Zinc, Copper, Chromium, Oats, Grapefruit Pectin, Psyllium Seed Husk, Licithin, Alfalfa Seed, beta-Sitosterol, L-Arginine (as L-arginine HCl)

Take this product with a full 8 ounce glass of liquid. Without drinking enough liquid, the product may swell in the throat, causing blockage or choking.
